Shipping Policy

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 3 business days.

Canadian Orders:  Shipping will be done through Canada Post, UPS, or Purolator.  The most cost-effective shipping option will be used, which may not be the quickest shipping option.  It is my policy that if the actual cost of shipping is less than what you paid when you placed your order, the overages will be refunded once your order ships.

US Orders:  Shipping will either be by USPS or UPS.  The most cost-effective shipping option will be used, which may not be the quickest shipping option.  It is my policy that if the actual cost of shipping is less than what you paid when you placed your order, the overages will be refunded once your order ships.

Please note:  US orders get shipped once per week on Wednesdays.  I have to drop off the parcels to the cross-border courier on Tuesdays.  Orders placed on Tuesday may, or may not, make it out the same day, depending on how busy I am.

I now use Border Giant, a cross-border courier, that takes my US-bound parcels to my US business address.  It is from this address that USPS or UPS picks up parcels.  The below delivery time reflects the time between when a parcel is picked up from my US business address, and the date of delivery.

The cross-border courier was doing twice weekly trips, Wednesday and Saturday. As of June 2025, they will now only be doing the Wednesday trip. It was either that, or raise the cost of their service.

To keep shipping costs as low as possible for my US customers, I will continue to use their service, even though that means that some customers will have a longer wait time for their orders, depending upon which day you order. If I go back to shipping through Canada Post, the cost to ship will increase, and the shipping time would be 10-14 days. It'll be more expensive without any benefit to the shipping time.

International Orders: Shipping is through Canada Post.  Shipping times can vary from 1.5 to 12 weeks, depending upon which shipping option you use.  Please note - Small Packet International Surface, Small Packet International Air, and International Parcel Surface do not come with tracking.  If you choose one of these three options, I will not be responsible for undelivered parcels.  Refunds will not be provided for missing parcels.

Canada - approximately 5 business days
USA - approximately 5 days
International - 1.5 to 12 weeks
