My name is Shawn C. Hebert and I am the owner of Lailokens Awen. I am the creator of all my products, handcrafting everything in my ritual room, using magical associations and respecting astrological correspondences.

My spiritual journey began when I was 14 and began exploring witchcraft and paganism. Over the years, I became a member of The Order of Bards, Ovates and Druids and began practicing the Golden Dawn system of magic. I now consider myself a Druid Hermeticist. I am also a Clinical Aromatherapist and Herbalist.

When I'm not busy making magic, you can find me snowboarding, or at the gym practicing various combat sports.

I began making candles and incense in my teens, and many of those formulations I still use, and are found in various products I offer.

Lailokens Awen was born in April 2014 with 12 loose incense when a local shop owner asked if she could stock my incense in her store.

The incense quickly became popular, and I added beeswax spell candles, anointing oils, and bath salts to the product line-up. By the end of the year, the lustral waters were created.

In early 2015, I opened my Etsy shop and added stick incense to the product range. In the second half of the year, I got my first 2 distributors - Azure Green in the US, and then Quanta Distribution in Canada. It was an exciting time!

In 2017, I started making the scented spell candles, and my global distribution continued to grow, with distributors in Australia, New Zealand, and Asia.

Over 100 000 products sold! What started as 12 loose incense has grown to over 150 products! Some products have come and gone, and some products live only in my head (at this point). It's been such a privilege seeing my products in so many stores, and knowing that my products grace many homes and ritual spaces. That idea never gets old, and I never take it for granted.
